DIY: A Kindergarten Milestone to Capture and Remember
Starting daycare is a real milestone – a huge step for your child and a very special moment for you as a mom or dad. Suddenly, your little one becomes a little more independent, makes their first friends, and experiences exciting new adventures every day.
To make sure this magical new chapter is remembered for years to come, we’ve created a lovely Little Who daycare milestone template for you. Simply fill it out together, add some colorful decorations, and proudly display it in your child’s room afterwards!

What you’ll need:
- Our printed template
- Pens or crayons for filling it out and decorating it
- A lovely photo of your child (ideally 6.5 x 6.5 cm)
- Glue
- An ink pad or child-friendly craft paint for the handprint
- Optional: A picture frame
It’s this easy:
- Fill it out together: Grab your pens or crayons and fill in the different sections of the template together.
- Add the perfect photo: Glue a lovely photo of your child into the orange frame in the top right-hand corner.
- Create the handprint: Gently apply a little paint to your child’s hand with a brush or press their hand onto an ink pad. Then carefully place their handprint in the designated area.
- Let it dry & frame it: Once the paint has completely dried, your personal keepsake is finished. Place it in a picture frame to preserve this special moment for years to come.
