The Little Who label was founded in Düsseldorf in 2020 and stands for high-quality children's backpacks that arouse emotions. The carefully selected materials are 100% vegan and give the backpacks a unique vintage look.
We work to produce original design products in limited assignments so that customers always have something special in their hands. There is a large portion of passion and a lot of lifeblood in every product.

Your tasks:
- Support in the further development of our social media channels
- Checking and arranging returns
- Processing of customer complaints
- Review and approval of credit notes
- General administrative activities
- Supporting activities in product development
- Customer support via Instagram and via email
Your profile:
- You are in a scientific study
- You have already gained some experience in customer service
- You are familiar with common PC applications (MS Office, SAP).
- Are you interested in customer service?
- You have a high degree of initiative and flexibility
- You are available for 6 months
- You have 20 hours per week, more during the semester breaks
- You like working in a team
