When choosing, I would look at what you want to use the backpack for in the future. The small backpack is suitable for small things such as a small lunch box or a stuffed animal. With the backpack, the child can be introduced to carrying a backpack. If you also want to use the backpack for daycare or kindergarten, we would recommend the larger backpack. Drinking bottle, lunch box, slippers and other small treasures fit perfectly into these 🦁
Dust and dirt can be easily wiped off the outer material with a damp cloth. The outer material is designed to be water and dirt repellent. Thus, the backpacks get dirty compared to conventional fabric backpacks
significantly less fast. For the inner lining, a pattern was chosen in which the stains disappear. We also recommend cleaning the inside of the backpack with a wet cloth. We do not recommend washing the backpacks in the washing machine.
We are very sorry that you received the wrong item! Of course, you can return the wrong item free of charge. Simply contact us at hello@littlewho.de. We will send you a return label and arrange for the correct item to be sent to you.
Currently, delivery within Germany and to Austria is possible.

As a rule, all orders are handed over to DHL within 1-3 working days. There are deviating time frames for pre-orders.
Unfortunately, it can happen that an item is damaged in transit. If this is the case with your order, please email us at kundenservice@littlewho..de. There we will take care of your request as soon as possible.
As soon as we receive the package, we are more than happy to resend it to you. For this we calculate the shipping costs again.

Print out our return form in your relevant language (see below) and fill it out and put it in the package so that we can allocate your order.
As can be seen from the cancellation policy, the buyer bears the direct costs of the return shipment. In this way we want to counteract the flood of parcels and do something good for the environment.

If you have chosen to purchase on account with Klarna, you can mark your returns in the Klarna app to pause the invoice until the return has been processed.
So that we can guarantee fast processing, please email us your order number and photos to kundenservice@littlewho.de. We ask for your understanding that we cannot accept complaints without the necessary damage pictures. After receiving the e-mail, we will contact you as soon as possible.
We are very sorry, unfortunately we can only take back your order within the described return period.
Since we cannot carry out a direct exchange for logistical reasons, we would like to ask you to cancel your order. At the same time, you can place a new order in the shop. If you revoke a contract, we have to reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs.
For an " exchange from small to large" this means : If you have ordered a small backpack and return the entire order to us, you will also receive the delivery costs incurred for the outward shipment back. When ordering the large backpack, there are no delivery costs, as we deliver free of charge from a goods value of 60€. In the case of an exchange from "small" to "large", only the one-time return costs would have to be borne.

Discounts and Coupons
You can enter the discount code in the check out in the discount code field.
Our discounts cannot be combined. This means that no additional discount can be applied to your order during a sale or any special campaign.
After purchasing the voucher, you will receive two emails from us. In the first email is a gift card with a coupon code. In the second e-mail you will find the voucher PDF to print out yourself.
Note: The emails will be on their way after we receive the money. With the payment method "Sofortüberweisung" this usually takes 1-3 working days. If you need the voucher immediately, we would recommend choosing a different payment method.
