Shipping Costs
Our shipping partner is DHL
Deliveries within Germany
- Standard Delivery up to 35€ - 3.90€ (Ready for dispatch within 1-3 business days)
- Standard Delivery up to 65€ - 4.90€ (Ready for dispatch within 1-3 business days)
- Free shipping for orders over 60 Euro.
Gift cards are sent immediately by email. This means that there are no shipping costs.
Deliveries to Austria, France, Denmark, Italy, Sweden, Belgium, Luxembourg, and the Netherlands
- Small items (shipped via postal service): 5.95€
- Other products: 13.95€
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information.
The shipping costs are displayed in your shopping cart and before you confirm your order. The flat-rate shipping costs include VAT.
Delivery information
We will hand over your order to DHL within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday), unless longer delivery times are explicitly stated on the product page itself. Delivery by DHL can then be expected to take another 2-3 business days.
Please note: Since packages cannot be scanned individually when picked up by DHL, it may take some time (sometimes until the following day) for the status to be updated in the DHL tracking system after pickup.
