Of course, you have the option to return your order.
To do so, print out our return form in your relevant language (see below) and include it in the package so that we can identify your order.

As stated in the cancellation policy, the buyer bears the direct costs of the return shipment.
In this way, we want to counteract the flood of parcels and do something good for the environment.

Complaints
To ensure fast processing, please send us your order number and photos by email to kundenservice@littlewho.de. Please understand that we cannot accept complaints without the necessary damage photos. We will get back to you as soon as possible after receiving your email.
