  • Support in the further development of our social media channels
  • Checking and arranging returns
  • Processing of customer complaints
  • Review and approval of credit notes
  • General administrative activities
  • Supporting activities in product development
  • Customer support via Instagram and via email

Your profile:

  • You are in a scientific study
  • You have already gained some experience in customer service
  • You are familiar with common PC applications (MS Office, SAP).
  • Are you interested in customer service?
  • You have a high degree of initiative and flexibility
  • You are available for 6 months
  • You have 20 hours per week, more during the semester breaks
  • You like working in a team
